Zeiss Ikon, Germany, 1930's. Rangefinder camera 24x36mm, chrome, with Tessar 3.5/5cm No.1376689 and case. Shutter is irregular, haze in optics and the rangefinder is dim. Some very few Contax I with chrome front plate and top plate dials and knobs is speculated to have been produced after WW2, probably from spare parts.
