323 Leica III (no serial number)

Leitz Wetzlar, Germany, 1930’s. Rangefinder camera 24x36mm, black/nickel, with Elmar 3.5/5cm No.826086 (CB, minor dust in optics, cleaning marks on front element). Slow shutter speeds are sticky. This camera has been converted from a model I or Standard (rangefinder housing is less worn) to a model III, probably in the 30’s, and have a chrome slow-speed dial and shutter release, and lacks serial number on top plate. The chrome Elmar lens is made in 1950.
